The Portrait of a City
The interactions Uyen-Thi remembers having with customers as a business owner in Cottage Grove are what ultimately inspired the premise of the arts and community-heritage project on which she has been working for nearly a year now. The project, entitled “A Garden of People: A Portrait of Cottage Grove,” will endeavor to “create a portrait of a city through its people.”
